Custom Pet Memorials: Because every memorial is made by hand from your photographs and story, please allow 3–5 weeks for design, proofing, and production.
We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size and destination. All orders include tracking.
Because many of our products are custom-created, we cannot accept returns on personalized memorial work. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
After you purchase a memorial package, we will personally contact you within 1–2 business days to collect your pet’s photographs and any special requests or quotes. You will receive a digital proof for approval before the final piece is produced.
